HB 2394: Unlawful Practices: motor vehicle repair: Without the representation of ASA of Arizona at the State Capitol, this bill would have likely passed with little or no opposition. The Collision division members of ASA of AZ met to discuss the impact of this legislation, and Luz Rubio, current Financial Director quickly scheduled a meeting with the sponsor, Representative McLain to express our opposition and the opportunity to explain how our industry works. Our association was also included at the one stakeholder meeting that was held to discuss the bill.
